Dr. Lauren Davenport

Dr. Lauren is a pelvic health physical therapist with 2 daughters and is the founder/owner of Uplift Pelvic Health & Performance.
She has specialized training in bowel and bladder conditions, pelvic pain, perinatal care, and post-surgical interventions. She holds a certification in Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism (TM) coaching and trigger point dry needling. Her passion is to help women achieve athletic readiness and success without embarrassment or fear of leakage, prolapse, or pelvic pain.

Simone, Mallorie, Carolyn (owner), and Athena make up a powerful and passionate team of International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLC). Using evidence-based information, they are dedicated to providing holistic support for families from pregnancy through weaning. They combine a wealth of knowledge and compassion for each family’s circumstances to guide families in their feeding journey.

Brooke Hickman, Certified Birth Doula

Brooke is a mother of two (a son and daughter), and the owner of Lake Norman Doula & Wellness. She’s passionate about guiding families through their pregnancy and birth so that they might find their inner power on this journey to parenthood (no matter how many children they have).
With over 7 years of doula experience combined with a background in exercise science and ministry, she loves serving families with empowering knowledge, advocacy skills, comfort measures, wellness tips, and a listening ear.
